Volleyball Recap: Bryant Takes a Loss

Bryant was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the Long Island City Bulldogs. The Owls were not able to make up for their defeat to the Bulldogs from their previous meeting back in April of 2024.

Bryant's record now sits at 0-3. As for Long Island City, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Bryant will host Newcomers at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Long Island City, they will be playing at home against Aviation at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Aviation will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Long Island City surely won't give up without a fight.
