Baseball Recap: Central Comes Up Short

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Central's offense. They wound up with the same score they had in their last game (13-0), but sadly the team found themselves on the wrong side of the score this time. Having soared to a lofty 13 runs in the game before, their shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Central now has a losing record of 12-13. As for Little Rock Christian Academy, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won ten of their last 11 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-3 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Central will face off against rival Little Rock Southwest at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Little Rock Christian Academy is set to take on their familiar foe Bryant at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
