It may have taken nine innings to finish the job, but Rock Hill ultimately got the result they hoped for on Tuesday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 7-6 win over the Andrew Jackson Volunteers. The Bearcats haven't had any issues with the Volunteers recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

The team relied heavily on Tim Winn, who scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-4.

Rock Hill's record is now 3-0. As for Andrew Jackson, they are on a four-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Looking ahead, Rock Hill will be playing at home against Indian Land at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday. As for Andrew Jackson, they will head out on the road to challenge Central at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday.
