Levelland came into Friday's contest having lost four straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat the Sundown Roughnecks 79-39. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest victory the Lobos have posted since December 12, 2024.

Sundown's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Joshua Hogan, who posted six points and nine rebounds, and AdAn EscAmillA, who earned eight points.

Levelland's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-13. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 65.7 points per game. As for Sundown, they have been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last eight games, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-8 record this season.

Levelland will challenge Liberty at 7:30 p.m. on January 10th. As for Sundown, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Morton at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
