Basketball Game Preview: Everett Vikings vs. East Lansing Trojans

Everett hasn't had much luck against East Lansing recently, but that could start to change on Thursday. The Vikings will welcome the Trojans at 7:00 p.m. Keep an eye on the score for this one: the two teams posted some lofty point totals in their previous games.

Everett fought the good fight in their overtime contest against Okemos on Tuesday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of the Wolves by a score of 65-62. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game on Friday (58), the Vikings still had to take the loss.

Meanwhile, East Lansing entered their tilt with Sexton on Tuesday with 24 consecutive wins dating back to last season but they'll enter their next game with 25. They took down the Big Reds 73-58.

Everett now has a losing record of 1-2. As for East Lansing, their win bumped their record up to 2-0.
