Basketball Recap: New Ulm Takes a Loss

New Ulm was the 73-58 winner over Fairmont when they last played one another back in January, but their luck changed this time around. The New Ulm Eagles fell 65-58 to the Fairmont Cardinals on Tuesday. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

New Ulm's defeat dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Fairmont, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. New Ulm will take on St. Peter in a holiday battle at at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Fairmont, they will be home for the holidays to greet Jackson County Central at 7:15 p.m. on Friday.
