            Basketball Recap: DSST: Cedar Falcons vs. DSST: Conservatory Green Hornets        
        
		
        
        
            DSST: Cedar was the  58-56 winner over DSST: Conservatory Green when they last played one another  two weeks ago, but their luck changed this time around. The DSST: Cedar Falcons received a  blow  on Thursday as they fell  72-55 to the DSST: Conservatory Green Hornets. The Falcons were down  61-40 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.
Despite the loss, DSST: Cedar still got an impressive performance from   Tristin Aragon, who  went 6-for-7  to rack up 13 points and five  rebounds. Another player making a difference was  Isaac Jaquette, who  posted 12  points.
 Even though they lost, DSST: Cedar  smashed the offensive glass and  finished the game with 23  offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now  pulled down at least 11  offensive boards in six consecutive  contests.
 DSST: Conservatory Green got their  win on the backs of several key players, but it was  Charlie Silva De Balboa out in front who  went 5-for-8  en route to 16 points. Silva De Balboa is also on a roll when it comes to  shooting accuracy, as he's  posted one of at least 50% in the last four games he's  played.  Davon Allen was another key player,  going 5-for-10  on his way to 15  points and six  boards.
DSST: Cedar's loss dropped their record down to 11-11. As for DSST: Conservatory Green, their record is now 13-9.
 Coming up, DSST: Cedar will challenge Manual on Tuesday. Manual has been dominant on offense recently, having racked up an incredible 205 points over their last three games. As for DSST: Conservatory Green, they have already played their next match,  a  73-62  defeat against Regis Groff on the 21st.
