Baseball Recap: Tecumseh Takes a Loss

Tecumseh lost against Barr-Reeve back in June of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Braves fell just short of the Vikings by a score of 9-8.

Thomas Pemberton made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 2-for-4 with two RBI, one run, and one double. The team also got some help courtesy of Wyatt Huddleston, who went 3-for-4 with one run and one RBI.

Tecumseh's defeat dropped their record down to 7-16-1. As for Barr-Reeve, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 21-5.

Tecumseh has already played their next match, a 4-3 victory against Corydon Central on the 24th. As for Barr-Reeve, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 16-2 win against Eastern Greene on the 23rd.
