Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask West Johnston). They blew past the Lee County Yellow Jackets 33-0 on Tuesday. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Wildcats considering their 12-point performance the game before.

The victory made it two in a row for West Johnston and bumps their season record up to 5-3. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 7 points in those games. As for Lee County, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-4.

Coming up, West Johnston will face off against Smithfield-Selma at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Lee County does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
