After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Desert Christian Academy, Nuview Bridge was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They came out on top against the California Military Institute Rough Riders by a score of 22-14. For the Knights, this counts as revenge for the 40-6 win the Rough Riders walked away with the last time they faced one another back in September of 2024.

Joshua Rodriguez was the offensive standout of the matchup as he picked up 74 receiving yards and one TD, and also punched in one score on the ground.

Nuview Bridge's victory bumped their record up to 2-5. As for California Military Institute, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-8.
