Emilie Shephard made a big impact no matter where she played. On the mound, she didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits while striking out seven over five innings pitched. She has been consistent: she hasn't given up more than one walk in seven consecutive appearances. She was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-2 with one double and one RBI.
In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Lylli Ball, who went 1-for-3 with two stolen bases, three runs, and two RBI. That's the most RBI she has posted over her last ten games. Addie Sims was another key player, going 1-for-2 with two RBI, one run, and one double.
