After a string of four wins, Clinton Grace Christian's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They took a blow against the Riverdale Baptist Crusaders, falling 88-56. The Eagles were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 53-24.

Riverdale Baptist got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Za'Hria Higginbotham out in front who posted 21 points. Higginbotham's evening made it six games in a row in which she has scored at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Taylor Timms, who put up 21 points.

Clinton Grace Christian's defeat ended a five-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 10-6. As for Riverdale Baptist, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 20-7.
