Baseball Recap: Prospect Ridge Academy Comes Up Short

Prospect Ridge Academy lost against Colorado Academy last Tuesday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Miners fell just short of the Mustangs by a score of 4-2. The Miners have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Prospect Ridge Academy saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Liam Schilling, who went 2-for-3 with one stolen base and one RBI.

Prospect Ridge Academy suffered their first home loss, dropping their record down to 5-4. As for Colorado Academy, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-1.

Prospect Ridge Academy wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 10-0 victory against Jefferson Academy on the 12th. As for Colorado Academy, they have also already played their next game, a 10-9 win against Peak to Peak on the 12th.
