Pierce came into Thursday's contest looking for another win against Crofton, but Sammie Allen wouldn't allow it. The Crofton Warriors walked away with a 44-35 victory over the Pierce Bluejays on Thursday thanks in part to Allen, who went 6 of 14 to rack up 21 points. That's the most points she has posted since back in December of 2024.

Another player making a difference was Cassie Allen, who had five points and four steals. She is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last five games she's played.

The win made it two in a row for Crofton and bumps their season record up to 17-3. As for Pierce, their loss dropped their record down to 14-7.

Crofton has already played their next matchup, a 58-48 victory against Guardian Angels Central Catholic on the 8th. As for Pierce, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Clarkson/Leigh at 5:30 p.m.
