Softball Game Preview: Reavis Rams vs. Blue Island Eisenhower Cardinals

Reavis is a perfect 10-0 against Blue Island Eisenhower since May of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Rams will welcome the Cardinals at 4:30 p.m. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Reavis is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to 15 runs on Friday, they were much more limited against Richards on Monday. They lost 9-1 to the Bulldogs. The Rams haven't had much luck with the Bulldogs recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Reavis saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Sienna Aragones, who went 1-for-3 with one run.

Meanwhile, after soaring to 16 runs the game before, Blue Island Eisenhower was a bit more limited in their match on Monday. They came up short against Argo, falling 11-1.

Reavis now has a losing record of 9-10. As for Blue Island Eisenhower, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-8 record this season.

Reavis took their win against Blue Island Eisenhower when the teams last played back in May of 2024 by a conclusive 12-1 score. Will the Rams repeat their success, or do the Cardinals have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
