With a playoff game on the line, Chetopa rose to the challenge on Friday. They took their match with ease, bagging an 86-0 victory over the Chase Kats. The Hornets' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Lawrence Holt was his usual excellent self, rushing for 104 yards and two touchdowns on only five carries, while also throwing for 148 yards and a touchdown on only six passes. Chetopa was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 279 rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now rushed for at least 279 rushing yards in three consecutive contests.

The win got Chetopa back to even at 4-4. As for Chase, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-9.
