Dow and Bay City Western are an even 5-5 against one another since April of 2021, but likely not for long. The Chargers will welcome the Warriors at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Dow's pitching crew heads into the match hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Friday. They walked away with a 4-0 victory over Shepherd. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Chargers.

Meanwhile, Bay City Western was able to grind out a solid win over Flushing on Saturday, taking the game 5-0.

Bay City Western saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Andy Robbins, who went 2-for-3 with one stolen base, one double, and one RBI. Those two hits gave Robbins a new career-high. Luke Lacourse also deserves some recognition as he hit his first double of the season.

Bay City Western's victory bumped their record up to 22-6. As for Dow, their win bumped their record up to 12-4.

Dow suffered a grim 13-2 defeat to Bay City Western in their previous meeting back in April. Can the Chargers avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
