Fairfield Christian Academy's win was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 10-3. The home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.7 runs over those games. As for Harvest Prep, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-9.

Everything went Fairfield Christian Academy's way against Harvest Prep in their previous meeting back in April of 2024, as Fairfield Christian Academy made off with a 27-0 win.
