C.A. Johnson unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They came up short against the Airport Eagles on Tuesday, falling 3-0.

Airport's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-13.

C.A. Johnson didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 loss against Orangeburg-Wilkinson on the 24th. As for Airport, they will face off against Indian Land at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Warriors will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something the Eagles surely won't give up without a fight.
