Football Recap: Bryant Picks Up Third Consecutive Win

If Columbus wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Bryant, they should've done a better job of containing Mahdi Kobeissi. The Owls took their matchup on Sunday with ease, bagging a 28-0 win over the Sharks thanks in part to Kobeissi, who rushed for 91 yards on only six carries, and also threw for 95 yards and one TD on only nine passes. His longest rush was for an impressive 62 yards, which helps to explain his lofty yards per carry total.

The victory was the third in a row for Bryant, bringing their record up to 3-0. Those wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 2.7 points on average this season. As for Columbus, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-3.
