Soccer Recap: Chaparral Victorious

Chaparral and Desert Pines pushed the score to 8-2 the last time they played Desert Pines, but on Thursday defenses reigned supreme. The Cowboys never let the Jaguars get on the board and left with a 2-0 victory. For Chaparral, this counts as revenge for the 8-2 win Desert Pines walked away with the last time they faced one another back in September of 2019.

Carmen Rodriguez and Ambar Nunez scored both of Chaparral's goals, which were season-firsts for both players.
