Basketball Game Preview: Jefferson Forest Cavaliers vs. Brookville Bees

The Jefferson Forest Cavaliers will head out to challenge the Brookville Bees at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

On Saturday, Jefferson Forest lost to Liberty at home by a 65-47 margin. The Cavaliers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Brookville). They enjoyed a cozy 55-38 win over Amherst County on Friday.

Jefferson Forest's loss dropped their record down to 9-8. As for Brookville, their victory was their first in the region, bumping their region record up to 1-10 and their overall record up to 3-15.

Jefferson Forest strolled past Brookville when the teams last played back in January by a score of 55-36. The rematch might be a little tougher for Jefferson Forest since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
