In what's become a running theme this season, the St. David's Warriors gave their fans yet another huge win on Thursday. They breezed by Wake Christian Academy at home to the tune of 47-20. The victory was familiar territory for St. David's who now have five in a row.

It was another big night for Rebecca Leshnock, who scored 18 points along with eight rebounds and four steals. She also posted two blocks for the first time this season. The team also got some help courtesy of Kate Benson, who scored eight points along with three steals.

Despite the defeat, Wake Christian Academy saw an underclassman step up: Emma Crissman scored 11 points along with two steals. Crissman is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last six games she's played.

Perhaps unsurprisingly given the score, Wake Christian Academy struggled to work together and finished the game with only two assists. They were crushed by their opponents in that department as St. David's racked up 11 assists.

St. David's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 16-5. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 53.0 points per game. As for Wake Christian Academy, they are on a ten-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-16.
