Volleyball Recap: Walnut Hills Comes Up Short

Walnut Hills lost against Little Miami back in October of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Eagles lost 3-0 to the Panthers. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-13, 25-19.

Little Miami can attribute much of their success to Erin Buschur, who had ten digs and two aces. Buschur is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had ten or more in each of the last three games she's played.

Walnut Hills' loss dropped their record down to 2-8. As for Little Miami, their record now sits at 4-7.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Walnut Hills is set to square off against their familiar foe Turpin at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Little Miami will face off against rival West Clermont at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
