Volleyball Recap: Harrisburg Starts Season with Defeat on the Road

Harrisburg had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Westside Warriors on Monday. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Hornets of the 2-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

Harrisburg actually scored more points across those four sets (88-87), but sadly they still had to settle for second. The final score came out to 25-23, 25-14, 9-25, 28-26.

Coming up, Harrisburg will face off against Wynne at 7:00 p.m. on September 2. As for Westside, they will take on Manila at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
