Indian Land has gone 8-2 against Lancaster recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. The Warriors will welcome the Bruins. Indian Land's pitching crew has only allowed 2.6 runs per game this season, so Lancaster's hitters will have their work cut out for them.

Indian Land is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of South Carolina's top teams: Fort Mill, who was ranked seventh at the time (Indian Land was ranked fourth). The Warriors fell 10-6 to the Yellow Jackets on Friday. Surprisingly, this marked the Warriors' third straight game in which the away team has come away the victor.

Meanwhile, it may have taken eight innings to finish the job, but Lancaster ultimately got the result they hoped for on Thursday. They had just enough and edged out South Pointe 5-4. The win continues a trend for the Bruins in their matchups with the Stallions: they've now won four in a row.

The team relied heavily on Parker McGee, who got on base in three of his five plate appearances with two stolen bases, one run, and one double. The team also got some help courtesy of Darius Jackson, who went 2-for-4 with one home run.

The victory got Lancaster back to even at 8-8. As for Indian Land, their loss dropped their record down to 16-4.

Indian Land came up short against Lancaster in their previous meeting back in April of 2024, falling 5-2. Can the Warriors avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
