Basketball Recap: Richmond Takes a Loss

Richmond was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They took a 50-38 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Cameron Dragons. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Spartans this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 53-39 back in December of 2024.

Richmond's defeat dropped their record down to 1-8. As for Cameron, with the win, they broke their five-game losing streak and moved their record to 4-8.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Richmond will venture away from home to take on Holden at 7:00 p.m. on January 20th. As for Cameron, they are taking a road trip to challenge Lathrop at 6:45 p.m. on January 20th.
