Football Recap: Lincoln Park Comes Up Short + How To Watch

If Lincoln Park was feeling good fresh off their 45-14 takedown of University Prep Science & Math last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Railsplitters took a 36-20 bruising from the Allen Park Jaguars on Friday. The Railsplitters were not able to make up for their loss to the Jaguars from their previous meeting back in September of 2024.

Sam Granata was nothing short of spectacular for Allen Park: he rushed for 233 yards and four TDs while picking up 10.1 yards per carry.

Lincoln Park's defeat dropped their record down to 3-2. As for Allen Park, they now also have a winning record of 3-2.

Coming up, Lincoln Park will take on Roosevelt at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Railsplitters will be up against the Bears' rather soft defense (which has allowed 31.8 points per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Allen Park, they will venture away from home to face off against Lakeland at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Jaguars will need to watch out since the Eagles have now posted at least 31 points in their last four contests.
