Baseball Recap: Kohler Takes a Loss

Kohler and St. Mary's Springs squared off in some playoff action on Thursday, but Kohler had to settle for second. They came up short against the Ledgers, falling 11-4. The pitching woes were uncharacteristic for the Blue Bombers, who until this game were averaging 3.84 runs allowed.

Kohler saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Aiden Case, who went 1-for-3 with one run.

Kohler dropped their record down to 15-9-1 with the defeat, which was their third straight at home. As for St. Mary's Springs, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-11 record this season.

As of now, neither Kohler nor St. Mary's Springs have any future games scheduled.
