Basketball Recap: Revere Comes Up Short

Revere was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They were beaten by the Padua Franciscan Bruins 73-39. While losing is never fun, the Minutemen can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 436th, while the Bruins are ranked 145th).

Revere's loss dropped their record down to 5-17. As for Padua Franciscan, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests, which provided a nice bump to their 13-8 record this season.

As of now, neither Revere nor Padua Franciscan have any future games scheduled.
