Pasco is a perfect 10-0 against Hernando since December of 2016 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Pirates will be home for the holidays to greet the Leopards at 8:00 p.m. Pasco will be strutting in after a win while Hernando will be coming in after a loss.

Pasco will bounce into Friday's contest after beating Wiregrass Ranch, who they had gone 0-8-1 against in their nine prior meetings. The Pirates came out on top against the Bulls by a score of 3-1 on Thursday. The victory was all the more spectacular given Pasco's disadvantage in MaxPreps' Florida soccer rankings (they are ranked 303rd, while Wiregrass Ranch are ranked 116th).

Meanwhile, Hernando has been on a difficult stretch since their win on November 12. They might have been a little too into the holiday spirit, gifting Nature Coast Tech an easy 8-0 win. That's two games in a row now that Hernando have lost by exactly eight goals.

Hernando's defeat dropped their record down to 1-9-2. As for Pasco, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-9-1 record this season.

Pasco took their victory against Hernando in their previous meeting back in November by a conclusive 8-0 score. Will the Pirates repeat their success, or do the Leopards have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
