Basketball Recap: Hemphill Extends Home Winning Streak to Three

Hemphill won the last time they faced Woden and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Hemphill Hornets secured a 59-55 W over the Woden Eagles.

Hemphill's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 9-10. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 57.7 points per game. As for Woden, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 12-11.

Hemphill is taking a road trip to face off against West Sabine at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Woden, it'll be Battle of the Birds when the Woden Eagles face off against the Chireno Owls at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
