Soccer Recap: Scotland Falls Short of J.H. Rose in the Playoffs

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Scotland can now relate to. They lost 7-2 to the J.H. Rose Rampants on Tuesday. Scotland just can't catch a break and have now endured 14 losses in a row.

Elijah Clark and Nathan Ward scored both of Scotland's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 31 goals.

Scotland's defeat dropped their record down to 7-16. As for J.H. Rose, their win bumped their record up to 9-10-1.

Scotland does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for J.H. Rose, they are taking a road trip to challenge Harnett Central at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Harnett Central will roll in looking for their tenth straight victory, something J.H. Rose surely won't give up without a fight.
