Soccer Game Preview: Andrew vs. Bartlett

The Andrew Thunderbolts will be taking part in a tournament against the Bartlett Hawks at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Neither team made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Andrew is looking to tack another W on to their season record, something they couldn't quite do against St. Charles East on Wednesday. The two teams finished up on equal footing with a 1-1 draw.

Andrew's goal came courtesy of Julianna London, who's now up to five this season.

Meanwhile, Bartlett kept a clean sheet against Sandburg on Wednesday. They won by a goal and slipped past the Eagles 1-0. The score was all tied up 0-0 at the break, but Bartlett were the better team in the second half.

Andrew's draw makes their record 5-4-1 this season. As for Bartlett, their win bumped their record up to 2-3-2.
