Volleyball Recap: Eisenhower Takes a Loss

Eisenhower was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 3-0 to the Summit SkyHawks. The Eagles were not able to make up for their loss to the SkyHawks from their previous meeting back in April of 2024.

Eisenhower was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the first set very close. The match finished with set scores of 25-23, 25-11, 25-19.

Among those leading the charge was Christian Salivio, who had 17 digs and five assists. That's the most assists he has posted over his last eight contests.

Eisenhower's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Summit, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven games. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-5 record this season.

Eisenhower will look to defend their home court on Wednesday against Rialto at 4:30 p.m. Summit will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Perris at 5:15 p.m. on March 27th.
