Football Recap: Pineville's Luck Changes for the Better on Friday

Pineville's game last Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They took down the Morgan County Cougars 30-12. The victory was some much needed relief for the Mountain Lions as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Pineville's win bumped their record up to 2-3. As for Morgan County, they now also have a losing record of 2-3.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Pineville will welcome Harlan at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. This will be the Mountain Lions' first chance to prove their worth in the conference. As for Morgan County, they will face off against Iroquois at 8:00 p.m. on Friday.
