While Mary Walker's victory against Wilbur-Creston-Keller wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Chargers had just enough and edged out the Wildcats 3-2. Winning may never get old, but the Chargers sure are getting used to it with their fourth in a row.

Kaylin Gines paced Mary Walker's offense, picking up 34 kills. Gines got some help from Addisyn Matherly-Stricker and her 27 assists. Finally, Kazlin Rainer kept Mary Walker's defense grounded, leading the team with five blocks.

Mary Walker's win bumped their record up to 15-8. As for Wilbur-Creston-Keller, their defeat ended a five-match streak of wins at home and dropped them to 17-5-1.

Coming up, Mary Walker will head out on the road to challenge Almira-Coulee-Hartline at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday. Wilbur-Creston-Keller does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
