Volleyball Recap: Abbeville Christian Academy Continues Home Dominance on Tuesday

Abbeville Christian Academy proved they can win big on Friday (they won by three) and on Tuesday they proved they can win the close ones too. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-2 victory over the Hooper Academy Colts. For the Generals, this counts as revenge for the 3-0 win the Colts walked away with the last time they faced one another back in October of 2024.

Abbeville Christian Academy was actually outscored in aggregate across those five sets (104-98), but they still managed to win. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 15-25, 18-25, 25-23, 15-8.

Amari George paced Abbeville Christian Academy's offense, picking up 15 kills. George got some help from Hope Kennedy and her 26 assists. Finally, George was also a dominant defender, finishing with a team-high 15 blocks.
