Volleyball Recap: Loyola Takes a Loss

The Loyola Crusaders didn't have quite enough to beat the Maple River Eagles on Saturday and fell 2-1.

Loyola's loss dropped their record down to 5-2. As for Maple River, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 5-10-1.

Loyola has already played their next contest, a 2-1 defeat against Granada-Huntley-East Chain/Martin Luther/Truman on the 20th. Maple River has also already played their next game (against New Richland-Hartland-Ellendale-Geneva), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
