Basketball Recap: Four Rivers Comes Up Short

Four Rivers was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 61-47 to the Prairie City Panthers, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. If the Falcons were looking for revenge after losing 79-69 to them when the teams met back in February of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Four Rivers' defeat dropped their record down to 5-15. As for Prairie City, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 11-8.

Looking ahead, Four Rivers will venture away from home to take on Jordan Valley at 7:30 p.m. on February 15th. As for Prairie City, they have already played their next contest, a 68-37 victory against Dayville/Monument on the 8th.
