Basketball Recap: Lathrop Now 9-1 over Last Ten Games

Lathrop won the last time they faced Cameron and things went their way on Monday too. The Lathrop Mules came out on top against the Cameron Dragons by a score of 60-47. Given the Mules' advantage in MaxPreps' Missouri basketball rankings (they are ranked 71st, while the Dragons are ranked 322nd), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Lathrop is also on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten games, which provided a nice bump to their 13-2 record this season. As for Cameron, their loss was their sixth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 4-11.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Lathrop will challenge East Buchanan at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Cameron, they won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Maryville at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
