Grace Christian is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Alaska's top teams: Kodiak, who was ranked 25th at the time (Grace Christian was ranked 15th). The Grizzlies' defense stepped up to hand the Bears a 4-0 shutout on Saturday. The victory continues a trend for Grace Christian in their matchups with Kodiak: they've now won eight in a row.

Grace Christian hit Kodiak with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Eden Rinner (2), Satya Love, and Delany Shaffer.

Meanwhile, Monroe Catholic entered their tilt with Redington on Saturday with three consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with four. They put the hurt on the Huskies with a sharp 7-4 win.

Grace Christian's victory was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 7-7-2. The road wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 29 goals over those four games. As for Monroe Catholic, their victory bumped their record up to 6-1.
