Basketball Recap: Bishop LeBlond Comes Up Short

Bishop LeBlond has been a dominant force so far, but they're in the middle of a mini-slump at the moment. They lost 69-45 to the East Buchanan Bulldogs on Saturday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Eagles have suffered since December 13, 2024.

Bishop LeBlond's defeat dropped their record down to 24-4. As for East Buchanan, the win was the eighth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 20-6.

Coming up, Bishop LeBlond will head out on the road to take on St. Pius X at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. One thing working in St. Pius X's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last five games. As for East Buchanan, they will take on North Platte at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
