Baseball Recap: Dassel-Cokato Comes Up Short

Dassel-Cokato made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Rockford, but they still couldn't quite topple them. The Chargers fell just short of the Rockets by a score of 6-4 on Monday. The loss continues a trend for the Chargers in their meetings with the Rockets: they've now lost eight in a row.

Isaac Salmen made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 2-for-3 with one run, one double, and one RBI.

Dassel-Cokato's defeat dropped their record down to 4-8. As for Rockford, their victory was their 13th straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 12-1.
