Shorecrest is a perfect 7-0 against Everett since April of 2016 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Saturday. The Scots will host the Seagulls at 2:00 p.m. Shorecrest will be looking to extend their current five-game winning streak.

If Shorecrest beats Everett with two goals on Saturday, it's going to be the squad's new lucky number: they've won their past two matches with that exact score. The Scots won by a goal and slipped past Edmonds-Woodway 2-1. Given Shorecrest's advantage in MaxPreps' Washington soccer rankings (they are ranked 25th, while Edmonds-Woodway are ranked 121st) , the result on Tuesday wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, Everett was able to grind out a solid victory over Oak Harbor on Thursday, taking the game 3-1. Everett haven't had any issues with Oak Harbor recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.

Everett's victory bumped their record up to 9-7. As for Shorecrest, their win bumped their record up to 13-2-1.

Shorecrest beat Everett by a goal when the teams last played back in April of 2024, winning 2-1. Will the Scots repeat their success, or do the Seagulls have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
