Baseball Recap: Pasco Bulldogs vs. Hermiston Bulldogs
Pasco took a ten-run loss the last time they faced off against Hermiston, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. Pasco narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past Hermiston 7-6. The win was some much needed relief for Pasco as it spelled an end to their six-game losing streak.
Max Garcia made a splash no matter where he played. He tossed three innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off one hit. He has become a key player for Pasco: the team is undefeated when he allows at most one hit, but 1-11 otherwise. Garcia was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-4 with one run and one RBI.

In other batting news, Pasco let Dakota Gillum and Caleb Szendre run wild. Gillum went 3-for-5 with one stolen base and one run, while Szendre went 4-for-5 with one run.
