Basketball Recap: Patterson Mill Picks Up Sixth Consecutive Win

Patterson Mill came tearing into Wednesday's contest with five straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 17 points) and they left with even more momentum. They walked away with a 47-36 win over the Rising Sun Tigers. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 57-37 back in January.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Patterson Mill to victory, but perhaps none more so than Sophia Trinh, who posted 14 points along with six rebounds and four steals. Rylie Madsen was another key player, putting up eight points in addition to eight boards and four steals.

Patterson Mill's victory bumped their record up to 10-3. As for Rising Sun, their loss dropped their record down to 11-6.

Patterson Mill will take on North Harford at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Rising Sun has already played their next match (against Edgewood), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
