Softball Recap: Los Angeles Academy of Arts & Enterprise Comes Up Short

Los Angeles Academy of Arts & Enterprise came into their game on Wednesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against the Animo Robinson Monarchs, falling 30-19. The Wolves were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Monarchs earlier this season, when they won 20-7.

Los Angeles Academy of Arts & Enterprise has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-5 record this season. As for Animo Robinson, their victory bumped their record up to 3-9.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Los Angeles Academy of Arts & Enterprise is set to take on their familiar foe Animo Watts at 3:00 p.m. on the 8th. Meanwhile, Animo Robinson will square off against rival Alliance Health Services Academy at 2:00 p.m. on Friday.
