Basketball Recap: Xavier College Prep Skates Past Notre Dame Prep with Ease + How To Watch

Xavier College Prep not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since January 31st (when they won 78-13). They breezed past the Notre Dame Prep Saints to the tune of 73-40. The game was all but wrapped up at the end of the third, by which point the Gators had established a 29-point advantage.

Xavier College Prep's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Sariah McNabb, who almost dropped a double-double with nine points and nine boards. What's more, McNabb racked up eight assists, the most she's had since back in December of 2024. Another player making a difference was Grace Cloud, who went 7-for-11 to rack up 17 points along with six rebounds and four steals.

Xavier College Prep was working as a unit and finished the game with 21 assists. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Notre Dame Prep only racked up seven.

Notre Dame Prep lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Brooke Nowak, who posted 14 points and three steals. She has been hot, having posted three or more steals the last five times she's played. Emma Salstrand was another key player, putting up 15 points.

The victory got Xavier College Prep back to even at 1-1. As for Notre Dame Prep, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

Xavier College Prep wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 51-38 win against Arizona College Prep on the 28th. As for Notre Dame Prep, they will take on Mountain Pointe at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. The contest will give the Saints their first taste of in-conference action this season.
