Royal Oak and Berkley are an even 5-5 against one another since January of 2017, but not for long. The Royal Oak Ravens will take on the Berkley Bears in a tournament on Friday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Royal Oak comes in on three and Berkley on four.

Royal Oak is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They blew past Mott, posting a 65-28 win. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Ravens considering their 24-point performance the match before.

Meanwhile, Berkley earned a 45-33 victory over Troy on Wednesday. Given the Bears' advantage in MaxPreps' Michigan basketball rankings (they are ranked 146th, while the Colts are ranked 305th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Royal Oak's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-11. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 26.7 points on average over those games. As for Berkley, their victory bumped their record up to 16-7.
